If you cancel your subscription with Drobile (or your card gets declined) all of your store settings (colors, etc.) will be safely retained for the future. Your store will leave a presentable message to customers stating your store is currently offline and will be back shortly. We will still allow them to contact you through the application. In case there are any simple billing misunderstandings with an expired credit card, we give a 24 hour grace period before our system automatically leaves this message to your customers.
